The best things which we have noted during this time is as mentioned below: Quality of package boxes are great, Your dedicated staff has packed the items very efficiently and time bound During loading in truck, the packed materials are placed so nicely, in a very systematic manner that there is hardly any loose gap between the packages, so that they do not fall or strike each other during road travel. The loaded truck reached my destination before my expectation. Unloading team came from Mumbai and very efficiently unload the package from truck and place the same in my house without damaging anything. In addition they have helped to some extent to place the heavy items at their place. The overall experience was satisfying, could have better or may be better expectation setting has to be done, The packing of goods at Pune took very long may be time could be reduced there also asked them multiple times to get vehicle for bikes as the size of their trick was not sufficient for bikes. The payment to partners by ShiftingWale.Com is really terrible and their partners follow up with customer and hold their materials as ransom totally not acceptable. Customer pays a premium to you to avoid such issues and not go with local transporter so you should behave like you advertise and keep the brand relevant, Initial quotation was very high please be fair, Shruti was very courteous and very responsive. She tried to accomodate our needs and was very helpful in resolving the problems, she made this whole experience satisfying otherwise we might have faced lot more issues.
